Solar Heating And Operation:
My environment is tropical and high humidity. I understand that I cannot use a solar kiln to dry below 12% mc.
My location does not have enough night and day temperature variation to sustain a suitable temperature drop for cyclic drying.
My tropical location always experiences high humidity so that smart venting would regularly be disabled due to high humidity conditions.
How Do The Operating Costs Compare To Other Kiln Types?
Substantially lower

Do I need a permit to build one?
How do they handle strong winds? “I live in a cyclone area!”
